Is it really cheaper than buying locally?
Often, but not always: it depends on the product, the quantities, shipping and the destination. Your quote shows the landed cost at your door, shipping included, so you can compare it with your current price before deciding. If the deal doesn't make sense for you, we tell you.
From what quantity does it pay off?
There's no single threshold: the higher the volumes, the more buying at the source pays off, and consolidated shipping helps with small orders. Describe your need and we'll tell you what's realistic for your product.
What do I pay if I don't order?
Our commission is only due on an order that is actually placed. For some projects, sourcing fees cover the search and the supplier comparison: they are always announced, and accepted by you, before the search begins.
Can I order small quantities?
Yes, depending on the product. Some Chinese suppliers accept small minimum order quantities. Your quote tells you what's realistic for your product.
How long does it take to receive my goods?
It depends on production time and the shipping mode. By air, transport takes days; by sea, weeks. You get a precise estimate with your quote.
How do I pay?
You pay us with a method suited to your country, stated on the quote. We take care of paying the supplier in China, in stages, after your approvals.
What if the goods don't match what was agreed?
That's exactly what the pre-shipment inspection is for: defects are spotted in China, before departure, while the supplier can still fix them.
Can I hand over just one step?
Yes. If you already have a supplier and only want it checked, the goods inspected or the shipping arranged, tell us the step that's holding you back.
Do you work with individuals too?
We mainly work with entrepreneurs, retailers and businesses. If your project is personal, describe it anyway: we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
