Data we collect
Contact form: name, company, email, WhatsApp number, country, estimated quantity and budget, description of your needs.
Hospitality catalogue form: full name, email, page you requested it from.
Quote request form: property name and type, number of rooms, full name, job title, email, phone or WhatsApp, country and city, requested references, variants and quantities, customization, delivery country and city, requested date and message.
We only collect what you enter yourself. No payment details are requested on this site.
Why do we use it?
Your data is used only to handle your request: replying to you, sending you the catalogue you requested, preparing and following up a quote and, if you wish, preparing and following up your order. This processing is based on the pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on the consent you give by ticking the box on the form.
After sending the catalogue, we may follow up with you about that request, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. Every email includes a simple way to opt out. Beyond that follow-up, we do not use your data for marketing without your consent, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.
Who can access it?
Only the Auxano Business team reads your requests. To prepare a quote, we may share the requested references and quantities with our suppliers, without your contact details.
We rely on technical providers that process this data on our behalf: o2switch (website and email hosting, France), Google (Gmail and the Google Sheets spreadsheet where requests are archived) and an automation server that we manage, which receives the forms and sends the emails. Google may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by law.
How long do we keep it?
Requests are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. If an order is placed, commercial and accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at contact@auxano-business.com: we reply within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country, for example the APDP in Benin or the CNIL in France.
Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to requests is restricted to our team, with protected accounts.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. Fonts are hosted directly on the site. The online catalogue keeps your current selection in your browser (local storage) so you can come back to it; it is only sent when you submit your request.
