Frequently asked questions
What are the minimum quantities?
They vary a lot from one product to another. Bath linen (towels, bath mats) is available from 20 pieces for in-stock models; non-standard sizes are negotiable. Slippers and customised guest amenities are ordered in larger volumes: usually 1,000 to 5,000 pieces per item, often 5,000. For other products, minimum quantities are stated on the quote, and we look for the supplier best suited to your volume.
What lead times should I expect?
Allow for production time, then shipping: a few days by air, a few weeks by sea. Your quote gives a precise estimate.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. For linen and customised products, we recommend it before mass production. Samples are priced separately on the quote.
Can you find a product that isn't in the catalogue?
Yes. The catalogue is a selection, but custom sourcing remains our core business: describe the product and we'll look for it.
